Billy needs a stamp, he also needs one in the sense of being a loner, as in I support Billy solo. I don't understand peoples need to pair him up with Rebbecca...the worst damn creation in the series, sure if some other hot philly comes around and Capcom brings the guy back I'd probably be more inclined to ships for Billy.
